Have a Nice Conflict
This is a refreshing teambuilding workshop that can be customised according to specific
requirements of the team, the manager and /or the organisation in terms of content and duration.

It is based on the SDI® (Strengths Deployment Inventory) which gives the team insight
as to how they their behaviours are all driven by different sets of values
and how these play out in their actions through their strengths, overdone strengths, triggers
and their unique ways of handling conflict.

With a dash of fun and dollops of humour, individuals not only get more clarity
about what’s really going on amongst the team members,
other colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, they have an opportunity
to openly share their frustrations and learn to have those “difficult conversations”
we so often dread.

The new awareness around conflict and the management thereof will empower them

Gill Baronetti has a background in IT, education and project management and is a coach, facilitator and trainer. Very early in her career she realised that it doesn’t matter how many qualifications, technical skills or years of experience one has, success in any endeavour depends upon the level of skill a person has in the areas of communication, relationship building and the ability to connect with and influence others (teams, customers, colleagues and more).

In her training courses, programs and coaching engagements, she equips people to deal effectively with the multitude of challenges that come from the variety of stakeholders involved in projects of any kind, for the sake of smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
